TERMS & CONDITIONS

This terms and conditions agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (the “User”)
and Tower Clicks Limited (the “Supplier”). The Agreement henceforth sets out the
description and restrictions of the product (the “product”). By purchasing the
Product, the User agrees to be completely bound by the terms set forth within this
Agreement.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information supplied by the User, and retained by the Supplier, will not be given,
sold or otherwise disclosed to a third party without the User’s given written consent,
this shall continue after the User has had the Product. Details include the following:
name, physical address, email address, debit/credit card information (of any
capacity), or photographic identification.



SUPPORT:

PAYMENT:

For the Product the User has paid the Supplier a fee of $100.00 USD (the “Fee”).
The Fee includes all relevant charges, taxes, levies, or other fees and represents the
entire amount due for the Product, which is included within the total order price of $100.00.
$180.00 in the event the additional 'bump' product is added to the pruchase order.
The Fee will be charged by way of credit card and will be collected prior to the
Delivery of the Product.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are not offered with this Service and any claim made by the User will not
create the obligation on the part of the Supplier to provide a refund.

The Supplier will have the right but not the obligation to grant a refund if the
Supplier decides to do so.

INDEMNIFICATION POLICY:

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Supplier and all its: associates,
directors, partners, affiliates, and employees for any technical issues that may arise
with any advice, direction, and strategies offered via the Product and or additional communication channels.

SEVERABILITY

Where any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or incorrect
that part of the Agreement shall be severed from the remaining proportion of
the Agreement and those remaining parts shall remain fully enforceable.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement has been constructed in accordance with and will be
governed by the laws of the Country of England.
